The Doi Chang growing area sits at 1,200–1,500 metres in the mountains of Chiang Rai, where the cool northern highlands and mineral-rich soils combine to slow cherry development and concentrate flavor across an extended maturation window.

In this washed process, the Nana team sources from the dedicated Doi Chang Original facility, where heavy investment in clean, innovative processing is the standard. This lot utilizes a "mosto" fermentation, reintroducing fermentation liquids from previous batches to enhance the coffee’s inherent sweetness and structural complexity before it is dried under carefully controlled conditions.
